Question: Do you accept P.O. Boxes in the ship to address field?

Answer: At this time we aren't able to deliver to P.O. Boxes except in the case of military addresses.

 

Question: Is your site secure?

Answer: We use Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts data from the Internet to our location, to ensure your credit card information is transmitted to us securely.

 

Question: Do you accept orders by phone?

Answer: Yes, we do. Please call us at the number listed on the Customer Support page and we will be glad to assist you.

 

Question: Will an email confirmation be sent to me for my order?

Answer: An order confirmation email containing your order number will be sent to you as soon as you click the "Complete Checkout" button. If you do not receive this, please check your email system's SPAM filter or Junk mail settings.

 

Question: Do you offer volume discounts?

Answer: Yes, we do offer volume discounts which you may be interested in if you are planning a special event. Please contact Customer Support for details.

 

Question: In what currency are the prices?

Answer: Our prices are in US dollars. If you would like to know how this price converts into other currencies we recommend that you check an online resource for current exchange rates. The rate you are charged will be close to this rate but it may not match exactly due to the dynamic nature of global currencies.

Question: Do you offer gift wrap?

Answer: Yes. Though we do not specifically offer the option of choosing to have your items gift-wrapped through our shopping cart, you may contact Customer Support and request that one or more items be gift-wrapped.

Please note the following important inforamtion regarding gift-wrapping:

    • We charge $3.00 per wrapped item.

    • Each wrapped gift includes standard gift wrap paper.

    • Please include your order number when contacting us and please specify which items are to be gift-wrapped.

    • Your order number will be displayed for you after you successfully complete the shopping cart payment process. Your order number will also emailed to you within one (1) hour of your successful checkout. You will not be assigned an order number in the event that your shopping cart payment is not successful.

 

Question: What happens if my credit card authorization fails?

Answer: If your credit card is not authorized for any reason you will receive an email from us. You will have 48 hours to either re-submit your credit card information or submit new credit card information. Do either of these by clicking "Checkout" from your Shopping Cart and filling in the requested information. Your order will then be submitted for immediate re-authorization. 

If your credit card passes authorization your order will be processed. Likewise, if your credit card does not pass authorization your order will not be processed. In this case, you may again attempt to re-submit your credit card information for processing, however it is possible that you may lose your priority or your place "in line" or "in queue" for the products you are attempting to order. 

We will hold your inventory for you between the attempts for re-authorization for up to 48 hours from your original order.  Please be aware that after 48 hours we reserve the right to release the hold on your items so that we can continue to fulfill other pending customer orders.
